Eight Lim Yoga studio teaches the practice of yoga developed in India and China over 5,000 years ago. Our approach to yoga is classical, and includes Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Medicine Ball techniques.

Eight Lim Yoga can help improve your physical and mental health. Our holistic approaches have been studied and practiced for milleniums. We are not a religious based practice; we are spiritually based and welcome all life-affirming systems of belief.

Eightlim Yoga studio uses an online scheduling system; however, walkins are welcome. You can view the schedule and reserve your space. We are located inside AZ Kicks.
